If you plan on doing any building work that may affect a privately owned neighbour, you will need a party wall surveyor. We are accredited with the Institute of Party Wall Surveyors. 

This service will commence in September 2024.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosing damp and mould problems. We offer impartial advise and recommendations for remedial works without selling you a product. We only recommend remedial works that are appropriate for the building and follow building regulations for best practice.

Our retrofit assessment service will fit in well with your coordinator and installer partners. We can carry out retrofit assessment on any social home.
